Site Description
This area of heathland covers 9 sites. Habitats within range from ponds and shallow pools, to bog and heath. It is important for plant species such as pillwort, marsh clubmoss and three lobed water crowfoot.

Botanical Significance
IPA noted for habitat and vascular plants. Criterion A: Euphrasia hotspot.
Also of particular interest at the sites are the nationally rare Pilularia globulifera (Pillwort), rare three-lobed crowfoot Ranunculus tripartitus, marsh club-moss Lycopodiella inundatum, yellow centaury Cicendia filiformis.

Management guidance notes
IPA consists of component sites: 1) Breney Common and Goss and Tregoss Moors 2) Inland Cornish Heaths.

IPA noted for habitat and vascular plants.
